Associate Director - M&E Surveying – Birmingham Salary to £70,000 + Package (Car Allowance, Discretionary Bonus, Bupa, Pension 7.5-10%) Talent Motion is working with one of the world's leading Commercial Property Consultancies. The role will give you direct access to clients, working on the client’s behalf as part of the client team. This is a real opportunity to take ownership of your own client base, developing an entrepreneurial approach to client’s needs and gain a clear understanding of the commercial drivers behind property ownership and development. Due to growth, they are now looking for an Associate Director - M&E Surveying with Mechanical or Electrical Asset Engineering skills for their Birmingham office. You will be responsible for:
Building Services MEP Asset Management Engineering/Consultancy Technical Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Performance Specifications, Plant Replacement projects, Maintenance Strategies, Life Cycle Costing, and Development Monitoring. Building and maintaining a deep understanding of existing clients. Working effectively with and supports other team members and departments to achieve seamless client service.
