They are seeking a high-impact Associate Director to support the delivery of major programmes across the Kingdom.
Operating at the forefront of the region's transformation, this consultancy brings deep expertise in commercial management, procurement, and contract advisory to giga-projects and strategic developments aligned with Vision 2030. You will bring:
- 10+ years' experience in contract and commercial services, with a strong focus on major capital projects or programmes.
- Proven background in procurement strategy, post-contract delivery, contract administration and risk management.
- Deep knowledge of international forms of contract (e.g. FIDIC, NEC, bespoke).
- Experience working for or with leading consultancies, developers, or government clients.
- Prior exposure to large-scale projects in the UK, Europe, or the Middle East.
- Strong client-facing ability, commercial acumen, and leadership in high-pressure environments.
