Associate Director – Luxury Residential & Hospitality


Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based | West London


A small but busy studio are seeking an exceptional Associate Director, leading the delivery of ultra high-end luxury residential and hospitality projects across the UK and internationally.

This is a rare opportunity to take a senior leadership role within a design-led practice renowned for crafting extraordinary private homes, boutique hotels, and prestigious developments in prime locations across the UK and globally.


The Role


As Associate Director, you will:


  • Lead the design and delivery of super-prime residential and luxury hospitality projects from concept to completion
  • Oversee multiple high-value schemes
  • Provide strategic design direction
  • Mentor and lead the small team.
  • Excellent technical ability and an all round studio no pure FF&E.


Candidate Profile


We are looking for a proven leader with:


  • 7+ years’ experience in ideally hospitality projects or a back ground in high end residential.
  • Strong design sensibility with impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Commercial awareness and financial control experience
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills




Location:


This is a full-time, office-based role in West London. Due to the collaborative and confidential nature of our projects, hybrid or remote working is not available.
