Management Reports Client Management Client Reviews and meeting New Business Liaison Capturing M&E Assets Creating Asset registers. Attend and conduct building survey reports. TM44 Reports Managing Project Issues Consulting Customers and Clients on Capex In Life Cycle recommendations Advising Customers on external specialist engineering Tenders Compiling Statutory Compliance Conducting on-site Surveys Delap Reports Prepare and Interpret Engineering Reports, drawings, layouts, etc. Health And Safety
