Win and develop new client relationships Deliver high-quality professional and project work Take ownership of dilapidations, surveys, and refurbishment projects Help shape the service line and influence its direction Play a key role in building and mentoring a future team
What we’re looking for:
Commercially minded Building Surveyor with strong client focus Experience across core services such as dilaps, condition surveys, CA or project work Confident generating work and building relationships MRICS preferred but not essential Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
