This is a great role for an organised, ambitious digital thinker who wants to kick‑start a career in project management and get exposed to Ai projects from the get-go. You’ll help deliver websites, content campaigns and AI‑led experiences for well‑known brands, working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

About the role

  • Work closely with designers, developers, strategists and data specialists to make sure projects are delivered to a high creative and technical standard.
  • Help run web, campaign and AI/automation project workflows, keeping track of milestones and making sure everyone has what they need.
  • Keep project documentation up to date – plans, briefs, status trackers and resource logs – so information is accurate and easy to find.
  • Support testing and quality checks on digital deliverables to make sure outputs look great and work as intended.
  • Share ideas to improve tools, processes and communication across the digital team.

What you’ll get

  • Competitive salary with a bonus of up to around 10% on top of base pay.
  • Strong commitment to training and development, including an annual training budget and a clear progression plan into the digital and AI space.
  • Summer and Christmas events, access to wider benefits, pension, and a genuinely supportive culture.

Culture and values

  • A real focus on sustainability, with a commitment to reducing environmental impact and building climate‑positive programmes.
  • A mentoring‑led culture that supports growth through coaching, feedback and a positive, people‑first environment.

You’ll be a good fit if you

  • Are proactive, detail‑oriented and curious about emerging digital technologies, especially AI and automation.
  • Have strong organisational and communication skills and enjoy problem‑solving and managing multiple priorities.
  • Work well under pressure, thrive in a team setting and are eager to learn from experienced digital project managers and build your own leadership skills over time.
