Associate Dentist / Ryde, Isle of Wight

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Ryde, Isle of Wight to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

* Up to £30,000 joining bonus in 3 tranches (subject to T&Cs) * Available from October 2025. * Full time opportunity. * Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. * Practice are looking for an Associate Dentist who is able to mentor. * Ideally the dentist will offer additional skill sets including Implants, Invisalign. * Flexible UDA allocation. * £18+ per UDA depending on experience. * £500 per mentee per month (mentoring 2 mentees). * Dentist will be working with an extensive patient list. * Modern, purpose built practice. * Computerised (SOE) / Digital X-Rays / Rotary Endo / Intra Oral camera. * Dental Hygienist support. * NHS and Private dentistry experience required.

All dentists must have GDC registration, an active performer number and a valid DBS check.
