The team acts for investors, local and national government, social housing providers, the NHS, developers, banks, occupiers and charities and is highly regarded for its work.If successful you can expect a balance of public and private sector work and your responsibilities might include but not be limited to purchases and acquisitions, retail leases and agreements, mixed use site development matters, due diligence and client support in conjunction with more senior fee earners. You will be a core part of the team and able to access the technology, support and resources you require.Typical WorkloadWe are looking for a solicitor to assist with and work alongside all members of our commercial property team.
