Youll support major cross-sector transactions, advising some of the firms largest clients on the protection, commercialisation and strategic use of technology and intangible assets. With growing investment in life sciences, AI and industrial sectors, this is an exciting opportunity to help expand a key area of our practice.
Job description: Lead and support a variety of IP-driven transactions, including IP-heavy M&A and advisory work Negotiate a broad range of IP, technology, licensing and separation agreements with clients directly Manage a diverse caseload of large-scale and mid-market commercial matters Build long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser across IP and commercial needs Collaborate closely with the wider Commercial and IP Disputes teams on cross-border and national matters Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Support business development and help deepen client engagement through thought leadership
