Company description: Were growing our Commercial Disputes team in Manchester and are looking for an Associate to join one of the regions strongest and most highly regarded litigation practices. Youll work closely with UK and international Partners on high-value, complex matters, contributing to client development and the continued expansion of our team. Job description: Manage a varied caseload across a broad spectrum of commercial disputes
Gain exposure to multiple specialist areas, including fraud, finance, IP, IT, and competition
Work on cross-border matters and appear across a range of dispute resolution forums
Collaborate with colleagues across teams and offices to develop strategic solutions
Support major transactions and critical issues with commercial, pragmatic advice
Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships
Access training and development opportunities designed to support your progression

Required profile: Strong experience supporting a broad range of commercial disputes matters
Excellent technical understanding, drafting ability, and communication skills
A commercially minded approach with the ability to work to deadlines
Self-motivated and keen to engage in training, business development, and marketing
A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-office and cross-border environments
