Were expanding and looking for an Associate to join our market-leading Commercial Disputes team. Youll work alongside highly experienced UK and international colleagues on high-quality, complex matters, playing a key role in the continuing growth of our practice. Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes across multiple sectors

Work closely with Partners in the UK and internationally on strategic, high-value matters

Gain exposure to a wide range of forums, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution

Develop expertise in specialist areas such as finance, fraud, construction, IT, IP, and more

Contribute to complex, cross-disciplinary matters by collaborating with colleagues across the firm

Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives

Take part in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your technical and commercial skills

Strong experience supporting commercial disputes matters with solid technical legal knowledge

Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills

A pragmatic, commercial approach to problem-solving

Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, collaborative team player with enthusiasm for business development and learning
