This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role with a firm delivering high-value, high-profile commercial and infrastructure projects across the North and throughout the UK.\n\n The Birmingham team is expanding due to continued project wins, and the successful candidate will play a key role in managing major applications, leading client relationships, and supporting the growth of the regional planning offer.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n \nLeading planning input on major commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure schemes \nManaging client relationships and acting as a trusted planning advisor \nOverseeing project teams and mentoring more junior colleagues \nPreparing and reviewing planning applications, supporting documents, and strategy reports \nRepresenting clients at committees, consultations, and stakeholder meetings We’re Looking For\n \nMRTPI Chartered Town Planner \nStrong experience delivering complex commercial or infrastructure developments \nConfident communicator with strong leadership and project management skills \nSomeone who is commercially aware and proactive in their approach The Opportunity\n \nCompetitive salary + bonus \nClear pathway to Director-level progression \nFlexible hybrid working
