You will play a key role in helping to create successful, “best in class” bid submissions that lead to industry innovation and ensure we continue to secure work that makes a real difference to our communities. Here are some of the activities you'll be involved in… Working closely with Bid Managers to put together diverse bid teams, including senior executives, internal subject matter experts, specialist subcontractors, and designers. Acting as a point of contact for clients during the bid process. Managing the requirements of submissions through to award of contract, including supporting presentation and interview preparation. Maintaining a full audit trail throughout the tender process until formal contract handover. Producing detailed contract handover packs and attending contract start-up meetings to support a smooth transition from bid to delivery.
