About The RoleAssociate / Associate Director – Building SurveyorLocation : ManchesterCurrie & Brown is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate / Associate Director Building Surveyor to join our Manchester team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of our regional business.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional building surveying services across design, specification, contract administration, surveys, technical due diligence, reinstatement cost assessments and dilapidationsLead and manage projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately and to client expectationsMaintain effective communication with clients, consultants and contractorsUndertake site inspections, surveys and project meetings as requiredProduce high-quality technical reports, documentation and outputsBuild strong and lasting client relationships through professional deliverySupport and mentor junior team members toward RICS accreditationContribute to business development activities and generation of new workSupport the Northern Head of Building Surveying with day-to-day team operationsWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in building surveying or equivalentChartered status (MRICS)Strong written, verbal and technical communication skillsProficiency in AutoCAD and NBS (beneficial)Experience across sectors such as higher education, local government or healthcare (advantageous)Strong technical capability in surveys, project management, repairs and maintenanceWell-organised, proactive, commercially aware and able to manage multiple prioritiesA collaborative team player with a positive ‘can-do’ approachStrong IT skills (AutoCAD, NBS, MS Project and Microsoft Office suite)About The CompanyWhy Currie & Brown?Currie & Brown is a global leader in physical asset management and construction consultancy.
