Anderselite are working closely with a client that are looking for Associate Architect to join their team for a long-term career driven role. You will be: • Looking for a long-term role working as part of a team and/or managing a team and project across all RIBA Stages. • Preparing concept, planning drawings, working drawings, building regulations and specifications. • Managing client/business relationships and all contractor arrangements. • Visiting site's periodically, attending project meetings and observing construction progress when and where required. • Supervising and managing team members. Required Skills & Experience • Part III qualified or equivalent with minimum 5 years UK based professional experience. • ARB registered. • A Personality, to become an integral part of our wider team. • Must be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills and a thorough knowledge of the construction stages and experience in the delivery of projects. • Knowledge in AutoCAD and/or Revit would be highly advantages. • Be located close or looking to relocate within a 45-minute commute of the office. The Client Their impressive and open-plan studio office is in Chichester, with a large public car park a few minutes' walk away.
