About the Role

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyor: Handling, controlling, and billing of work record sheets. Preparing billing for a variation of work elements. Responding to client queries. Preparing applications for payment and submission to the client. Identifying pricing and agreeing change. Measurement calculations from both drawings and on site as required Site visits and client liaison Sub-contract appraisals. Cost reporting. Preparing detailed final accounts.
