About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Technical Services Manager to join a growing and dynamic construction team. This role will support the delivery of complex projects by assisting in the coordination and management of all technical services, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency at every stage.
Working closely with project teams and senior management, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of building services across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and management of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services across projects Support the Technical Services Manager in ensuring all building services are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards Review technical drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance and accuracy Liaise with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues Monitor installation works to ensure compliance with design, regulations, and industry standards Support commissioning, testing, and handover processes Assist in managing RFIs, technical queries, and design changes Ensure health & safety and environmental standards are upheld across all technical services activities Contribute to project reporting, including progress updates and risk identification
