What you'll be doing as the Assistant Technical Manager:

Lead and inspire the QA team - implementing best-in-class quality systems, smart working practices, and continuous skills development. Own and maintain site-specific Quality Management Systems, including HACCP, TACCP, allergen control, GMP, internal auditing, and non-conformance management. Act as the technical lead for all external audits, confidently managing customer Code of Practice (COP) compliance and delivering gold-standard audit outcomes. Drive root cause analysis and implement robust corrective actions, ensuring clear and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, NPD, and Group Quality teams to deliver seamless new product launches and consistent manufacturing quality.
