You'll be at the forefront of driving store performance.\nCustomer Engagement & Experience: Every customer interaction is a chance to create a loyal shopper! Use your enthusiasm and product knowledge to provide personalized styling advice, recommend add-ons, and enhance their shopping journey.\nExpert Piercing Services: Become a trusted piercing specialist through our training program.
Provide a safe, fun, and professional experience that keeps customers coming back.\nOperational Excellence: Ensure the store runs smoothly by maintaining inventory accuracy, handling transactions efficiently, and keeping the store well-merchandised and visually appealing to drive foot traffic.\nTeam Support & Sales Coaching: Work alongside your Store Manager to train and motivate team members in achieving sales goals and delivering top-notch customer service.\nTrend-Driven Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services with enthusiasm. Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and translate that knowledge into compelling product recommendations and styling tips for customers.\nAbout You\n\nSales-Driven Mindset: You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets, always looking for ways to maximize opportunities.\nCustomer-Centric Approach: You're passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.\nRetail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.\nConfidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers.\nStrong Communication & Selling Skills: You know how to engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale.\nAbility to Work Independently: You're self-motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed.Job Requirements\n\nYou can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.\nYou are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently, contributing to smooth store operations.\nYou hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of one year of retail management experience, along with at least one year of overall retail experience.\nYou can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).\nYou can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.\nYou are passionate about providing our customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.\nYou are energized by interacting with customers and stive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.\nYou are inspired by our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression. \nYou have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.\nYou possess a strong grasp of mathematics, essential for tasks such as inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.\nYou're a driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.\nYou're self-motivated and organized, as some of our stores may require you to work alone at times.\nYou show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends, which can contribute to enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.\nYou can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.\nPerks and Benefits\n\nFull-Time employees will be eligible for benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance)\nGenerous employee discount on Claire's products\nOpportunities for advancement and career development\nFun and inclusive work environment with supportive teammatesCandidate Journey\nUpon submitting your application, you can expect an update within 5 days.
