Assistant Store Manager – Gran Sport de Xalapa Location: Epsom, England, United Kingdom Salary: £29,627 per annum (OTE £32,589) Hours of work: 40 hours per week – 5 out of 7 days, covering store opening and closing times. Benefits

Responsibilities
Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with your team Managing, recognising and rewarding your team while maximising the performance of your store Identifying the potential of your team to ensure a strong pipeline of talent Supporting a working environment where people are happy to come into work Owning store financial contribution to drive sales and control costs Ensuring you and your team always provide the highest level of customer service Maintaining commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performance Taking responsibility for all aspects of store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, including maintaining cleanliness and maintenance, complying with health and safety standards, monitoring store security and accurate completion of administration Encouraging a positive and flexible approach to daily management of the store/team
