What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store

Leading, developing and motivating a small team to achieve KPIs
*
Delivering exceptional service and understanding customer needs
*
Driving sales and ensuring high store standards
*
Taking ownership of key areas of store operations
