Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the Store Manager Train and empower the store team to deliver exceptional performance in all areas of responsibility including product skills, customer service, CRM, VM, remote and shop floor sales Ensure all team payroll changes are communicated to HR Support the Store Manager in effectively managing the staff rota to ensure floor coverage and smooth store operations Assist the Store Manager in the completion of administrative responsibilities (sales reports, petty cash, shipping records, vendor records, HR records etc.) Build and maintain relationships with customers and actively engage in building customer loyalty Assist the Store Manager to effectively manage daily team briefings Support Store Manager in team recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff Oversee the delivery of goods to ensure timely and efficient stock managementSupport career growth by identifying potential paths and encouraging professional development while continuously reviewing team performance Address employee concerns, conflicts, and issues with a supportive and empathetic approach

Requirements

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and inventory management Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions Strong sales and customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
