The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of operations within the Flagship Victoria Beckham Boutique in London. This role plays a key part in driving store performance, delivering exceptional client experience, and supporting team leadership to ensure overall store excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Client ExperienceBrand RepresentationAct as a brand ambassador for Victoria Beckham, consistently embodying the brand’s values and identityClient ExperienceSupport the delivery of a first-class client experience, driving conversion and building long-term client relationshipsAssist in client acquisition, retention and engagement through strong clientelingLead by example on the shop floor, actively engaging with clients and supporting the team to achieve sales targetsStep in to manage client relationships and sales activity in the absence of the Store ManagerSupport the implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelinesBusiness DevelopmentContribute ideas and support initiatives such as events, partnerships and client engagement activities2. Store OperationsDaily OperationsSupport the smooth running of daily store operations, ensuring high standards are consistently maintainedProactively identify opportunities to improve service and operational efficiencySupport the Store Manager in driving KPIs and achieving sales targetsMonitor performance and provide feedback to the team to drive resultsStock ManagementAssist in overseeing stock control procedures, including deliveries, transfers and inventory countsHealth & Safety ComplianceEnsure compliance with all relevant health and safety standardsStaff PlanningSupport rota planning to ensure appropriate coverage, particularly during peak trading periodsSupport the Store Manager in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing teamAct as a role model, promoting a positive and client-focused cultureProduct Knowledge & TrainingSupport the delivery of product knowledge and brand training to the teamEnsure strong product awareness across all team membersTeam DevelopmentProvide regular coaching and feedback to support individual performanceAssist in performance management processes where requiredCommunication & ReportingProvide clear and concise updates to the Store Manager on performance, client feedback and operational mattersStakeholder RelationsBuild effective relationships with Head Office teams and support communication between store and central functionsEssential Skills and RequirementsLuxury retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or assistant management roleStrong sales focus with experience in achieving KPIs and targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProactive and solution-oriented mindsetProfessional, polished and aligned with brand standardsAbility to support and motivate a teamGood understanding of luxury retail, client expectations and market trendsPersonal AttributesPositive, energetic and collaborativeResilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailConfident and approachableCommitted to personal and team development #J-18808-Ljbffr
