We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Altrincham, so we could be the perfect match!Role OverviewWhat does this role involve:As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.Inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values, and contributing towards the success of the store by:Ensuring highest standard of customer serviceAchieving targetsMaintaining a high standard of visual merchandisingMaximising sales through physical and digital channelsSupporting the recruitment and development of volunteersAchieving expectations within campaign activitiesWorking with the manager to generate stockOur stores are fast‑paced and trade 7 days a week, meaning we require flexibility from our store team to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
