Assistant Store Manager - LooeFull Time 37.5 Hours PWWe are looking for a reliable and experienced Assistant Store Manager to help manage our store and make Weird Fish a success in the Newly Reopened Looe Store.The position would offer a great opportunity for someone with previous retail supervisory experienceYou will have the following skills:-Ability to assist in everyday retail operations.An effective communicator and strong team playerIf part time you will need to be flexible and adaptable.Ability to deliver excellent customer serviceA flair for merchandising and a passion for the Weird Fish brand.Ability to supervise store in the absence of the Store Manager.Confidence in cash handling proceduresSummary of main purpose of the role:-The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty or unavailable on the floor. The ASM in the absence of the Store Manager will be required to: supervise all employees and oversee sales, merchandising, customer service and all operational functions in the absence of store management.Experience LevelPreviously an experienced ASM / Deputy or equivalent in a customer focussed retail environment. Clothing retail experience.This also includes being able to work weekends and evenings.Main Duties/responsibilities:-To always implement a high level of customer service.To take responsibility for tasks designated by the manager and to be responsible for store keys.Holding responsibilities - maintaining standards in order to meet operational needs of the store.To abide by all Weird Fish Rules and regulationsJob Type: Full-timeAnnual Salary: £25,676Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Employee discountStore discountWork Location: In personJBRP1_UKTJ
