Assistant Store Manager – Woking Sostrene Grene Essential Qualification: Supervisory experience of at least 2 years in a fast‑paced retail store. Responsibilities
Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful store. Creating a welcoming environment for customers in the store. Providing excellent customer service. Ensuring the Sstrene Grene brand image is always showcased with outstanding visual merchandising and shop‑floor standards. Keeping a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store. Motivating staff members to meet and surpass targets. Creating and maintaining a great team spirit in store. Stock room management and processing deliveries. Training new and existing staff members. Assuming full responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent.
