Assistant Store Manager – Solihull JOE & THE JUICE invites you to apply for the Assistant Store Manager position at our Solihull location. Key Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, enforce hygiene, health and safety standards and keep store standards consistently high. Assist the Store Manager in developing, engaging and motivating the team through daily feedback, in‑store training and engagement initiatives. Deliver a guest‑first experience by building strong guest relations, increasing guest loyalty and supporting overall store performance. Help build sales and optimize store EBITDA to meet or exceed KPI targets. Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of leadership or key‑holder experience (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor or a similar role). Experience in a fast‑paced team environment, preferably with 10+ employees.li> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong motivation to develop as a people‑centric leader and grow a career in management.
