OverviewAssistant Store ManagerOur client is a leading menswear retailer with stores/concessions across the UK and more than 75 years in operation. The role is based at Lakeside Outlet Village, Unit 31 White Rose Way, Doncaster, DN4 5PJ.This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established yet growing company in a managerial position.ResponsibilitiesDynamic individuals are sought and will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager, managing the store and team, helping organise staff rotas, handling sales and customer service, merchandising stock, and using the till and card machine.Salary / Benefits£26,832 per annum plus excellent bonus and commission.Commission scheme is payable on team sales, not an individual target.28 days holiday.Workplace pension scheme.Staff discount schemeFull training on all their stock.Hours40 hours per week between store opening times.RequirementsTo be considered for this opportunity you must have managerial experience within a fashion retail environment.NotePLEASE NOTE – by applying to this position, you agree for your CV to be submitted to our client, who shall contact you directly, should your application make their short-list.
