Job Description Role Overview
As our Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of Odd Muse’s flagship New Bond Street store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive sales performance, deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, and lead the team on the shop floor. You’ll be hands-on, commercially focused, and confident in managing people, KPIs, and day to day retail operations in a fast-paced, fashion-led environment.

This role is ideal for a strong retail leader with at least 3 years’ experience managing a team and driving KPIs within a relevant fashion, luxury, or premium retail setting, who is ready to step into a senior leadership position and make real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & KPIs:
Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets, conversion, ATV, UPT, and other core KPIs.
Take ownership of daily trading performance, motivating the team to deliver strong results on the shop floor.
Drive a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction maximises sales opportunities while maintaining a luxury service standard.
Actively support clienteling initiatives, repeat business, and high-value customer engagement.
