Assistant Store Manager - Luxury Children's wear (6 Month FTC) Luxury Department Store Salary £36,000 + commission & bonus Role Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales performance, and inspiring a team within a luxury retail environment. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for client experience and team development. Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee daily operations, including stock control, VM standards, and compliance. Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management. Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all touchpoints. Act as a key holder and take responsibility for the store in the Manager's absence.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor in luxury or premium retail. Strong leadership and team management skills. Commercially driven with a proven sales track record. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Flexible availability, including weekends.
