A well-established national housebuilder is looking to bring in an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a beautiful traditional build development near Haywards Heath. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong residential background who is looking to continue building their career within a supportive and experienced team. The role would suit someone ambitious and motivated, who is keen to learn, take on responsibility and progress into a Site Manager position in the future. Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure the site runs smoothly, trades are well managed and the build quality remains high throughout the project.
