Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing Location: Queensferry Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing
We're currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a new build housing site in Queensferry. You'll be supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations on a busy, live site delivering high-quality 2, 3 and 4-bed homes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing trades and subcontractors on site Ensure homes are built to a high standard and in line with NHBC and H&S regulations Support in driving the build programme to meet targets and deadlines Carry out quality checks, snagging, and ensure a clean, safe working environment Liaise with customers and maintain a professional, approachable presence Complete daily site paperwork, toolbox talks, inductions and reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing Up-to-date CSCS card SMSTS First Aid certificate Strong organisational and communication skills Confident using tablets, site management systems, and completing reportsIf available and interested in this role, please apply with your CV.
