Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Package


A well-established prime residential contractor based in Central London is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager following the award of a new project in London.

They operate across some of London’s most sought-after locations, delivering high-end residential schemes and maintaining long-standing relationships with clients and architects. The business has built a strong reputation and continues to secure repeat work, creating a stable and consistent pipeline, with projects valued up to £25,000,000.


They are also known for developing people internally, with clear and genuine progression into Site Management for those who are keen and willing to take on responsibility.

This hire is driven by a live project starting shortly and offers the opportunity to join a well-structured team with good support on site, while gaining strong day-to-day exposure.


The Role:

• Supporting the Site Manager on a live project

• Managing deliveries and site logistics

• Overseeing small teams of operatives

• Carrying out site inductions

• Assisting with day-to-day site coordination


The Project:

• Cut and carve

• Extension and structural works

• M&E fit out

• High-end bespoke finishes


Requirements:

• Either a graduate background with strong organisational skills

• Or a trades background with solid site experience

• Keen, driven and willing to learn

• Strong work ethic and attitude

• Previous experience in the prime residential market
