Assistant Site Manager – Lincoln – 6 Weeks

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a short-term project in Lincoln, starting 27th of April.

Project Details:

* Duration: 6 weeks

* Scope: Fire proofing works within roofs and voids

* Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Proven experience managing similar fire protection / passive fire projects (desirable)

* Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works

Duties:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme

* Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance

* Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas

* Reporting progress to the project team
