TSR are delighted to be working with a brilliant, 5 star housebuilder who currently have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Managers to join them on a permanent basis in the Nottingham/Derby area.\n\n Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for: \n\nImplementing site safety, Health and Environment policy and procedures\n\nSupporting the management and motivation of the section's labour and to establish its full contribution to the organisation\n\nDeveloping an organisational culture within projects\n\nEstablish and maintain all relationships on site\n\nCarry out site inductions\n\nWorking with the Site Manager to supervise sub-contractors on site\n\nTo be successful in this role you will need:\n\nPrevious Site Management experience is essential with SMSTS\n\nYou will be commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.\n\nYou must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and customer focussed.\n\nYou must be numerate with good IT Skills.\n\nYou should have leadership skills (control and management of employees) and a proven track record in successfully managing a project.\n\nYou should be ambitious with high aspirations.\n\nYou must hold a Driving Licence.\n\nSound knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment\n\nIn return you will receive a basic salary of pup to £52,000 + Car allowance and company benefits.\n\nApplications\n\nIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.\n\nDue to the vast amount of applications that we receive, it is not possible for us to contact all applicants; therefore, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
