️Job Title and details: Assistant Site Manager - National House Builder

• Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the construction site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor health and safety compliance and conduct site inspections.
• Manage materials and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
• Conduct snagging and pre-plaster inspections to ensure build quality.
• Maintain site records, prepare reports, and assist with budget tracking.
• Ensure customer care standards are met, especially during handover stages.

Location:

• Long Eaton, NG10

Pay Rates:

• Umbrella: £24.91/hr
• PAYE: £21.29/hr (£19.00 + £2.29 holiday pay)
• Note: No CIS/UTR/LTD

What You'll Need:

• Black CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• 2 recent references from similar roles
• Up-to-date CV

⏰Site Hours:

• 07:30-16:3

Start Date:

• Friday, 25th July

Duration:

• 3 months with possible extension or permanent contract offer
