Company: A National Housing Developer is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a large site in Nottingham, offering up to £270 per day.

Job Duties:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the construction site
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor progress and quality of work on site
Assist in planning and scheduling of work activities

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
CSCS card
First Aid training

Experience:

Prior experience in house building projects
Experience working on high volume construction sites

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient in project planning and management

Working Conditions:

Work on a construction site in Nottingham
Full-time hours, with occasional weekend work
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
Physical demands may include lifting and bending
