Job Purpose
To support the Site Manager in the effective management and delivery of traditional new build housing developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards expected by the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organising, and supervising day-to-day site activities to maintain progress and quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel and visitors. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve site issues promptly. Monitor and report on site progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective measures where necessary.
