About the Role

We are working with a leading national house builder seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a flagship residential development in Swindon. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Site Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all site activities.

Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Monitor subcontractor performance and progress, addressing any issues promptly.

*

Carry out regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.

*

Maintain accurate site records and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed.

*

Assist in managing health and safety on site in line with company policy and legislation.

*

Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience for home buyers.

About You

*

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or in a similar role within residential construction.

*

Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations.
