My client is a privately owned developer, which over the last 20 years has specialised in the delivery of stylish and contemporary Residential Care Homes.

This job presents a good oppertunity to introduce yourself to a developer with a large order book of projects across Hampshire and the South East.

The Project

Development of a luxury new build Care Home.

The Role

To work in the position of Assistant Site Manager covering the Easter holiday period

The project is at the site set up stage so you will be overseeing this.

Key Requirements:

* Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained

* You must be able to monitor trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Senior Site Manager

* SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID

About You

* You will have gained 2+ years’ experience working for a developer or main contractor as an Assistant Site Manager
