Assistant Site Manager

We’re working closely with several respected housebuilders and contractors in the North West looking for experienced Assistant Site Managers to join their teams on various new build residential projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting the Site Manager in overseeing residential developments to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Supporting customer care and facilitating seamless handovers.

Who We're Looking For:

✅ Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential new build housing.

✅ Relevant certifications (SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid) preferred.

✅ Strong organisational skills, proactive approach, and ambition to progress.
