Assistant Site Manager - National Housebuilder (Traditional Build)
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: Up to £57,000 + package

I'm partnering with an award-winning division of a major national housebuilder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for upcoming traditional build housing developments across Bedfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established ASM (or a more senior Assistant looking to step up to Senior Assistant level) to join a high-performing team with an excellent reputation for quality, delivery, and career development.

The Role:
You'll support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations across a traditional build volume housing scheme, ensuring quality, safety, and programme are maintained to the highest standards. This division has a strong pipeline of work across the region, offering long-term stability and progression.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with a volume housebuilder is essential
Strong background in traditional build
Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and H&S regulations
Confident managing trades, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting programme delivery
SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS requiredWhat's on Offer:
