???Job Title and details: Assistant Site Manager - National House Builder Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the construction site. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to schedule and quality standards. Monitor health and safety compliance and conduct site inspections. Manage materials and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage. Conduct snagging and pre-plaster inspections to ensure build quality. Maintain site records, prepare reports, and assist with budget tracking. Ensure customer care standards are met, especially during handover stages.
??Location: Long Eaton, NG10 ??Pay Rates: Umbrella: £24.91/hr PAYE: £21.29/hr (£19.00 + £2.29 holiday pay) Note: No CIS/UTR/LTD
