Job Title: Assistant Site ManagerLocation: King's LynnSalary / Rate: £45,000 + PackageSector: Residential Construction Accommodation DevelopmentEmployment Type: Permanent We are recruiting an Assistant Site Manager to join a major residential accommodation development in Kings Lynn. This £140M scheme involves four large accommodation blocks delivering 376 modern, en-suite living spaces. Two blocks are nearing completion, with two more due in 2026 using an industrialised construction process. Youll be working alongside the Senior Site Manager to manage daily site operations, subcontractors, quality control and health & safety compliance, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
