We are recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a new residential development in Frome with a well-established national housebuilder.

This role is ideal for someone looking to step up or further develop their career within a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Site Manager with daily operations

* Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed to specification

* Monitor health & safety compliance

* Support quality control and snagging processes

* Help manage site logistics and materials

Requirements:

* Previous experience in residential construction

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Ambition to progress within site management

* SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
