We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager with strong timber frame experience to join a leading construction team delivering quality projects..\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious ASM looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of site operations.\n\n * \n\n Coordinate and oversee timber frame installations and follow-on trades.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all works are carried out safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.\n\n * \n\n Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material control.\n\n * \n\n Maintain site records, reports, and ensure compliance with company procedures.\n\n * \n\n Foster good working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within timber frame construction.\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.\n\n * \n\n Excellent organisational and communication skills.\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications – essential.\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence required.\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary and benefits package.\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on exciting, sustainable timber frame projects
