Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Location: East Midlands, Derbyshire, Etwall

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Salary: £240 - £250 Per day

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Scaffold, Driving Licence

A prestigious Housing Developer are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a traditional new build housing project in Derbyshire.

Offering long term temp or temp to perm for the right candidate.

Start date: Wednesday 23rd July

Candidate MUST have house building experience and SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Scaffold tickets.

Job Duties:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Monitor progress and quality of work on site Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification CSCS card First Aid certification Scaffold ticket Valid driving licence

Experience:

Prior experience in house building projects

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work well in a team environment Problem-solving skills
