Location: Margate, UK
Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager with a passion for residential construction? We are excited to announce an opportunity to join a dynamic team on a residential development in Margate.
Responsibilities
Support the Site Manager in all aspects of site operations.
Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Conduct site inductions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Handle minor issues and escalate major challenges as needed.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in residential construction projects, ideally on new build developments.
Qualifications: Valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid certification are essential.
