And that’s where your development comes in. The business is looking for a very experienced Assistant Site Manager who’s on the cusp of becoming a Site Manager. Prove yourself on this site and the next one (likely around Manchester) should yield an extra set of responsibilities on a different type of build. You’d be working with a Site Manager who’s done it both with PLC builders and smaller builders, and you’ll be paid well (mid to late £40,000s plus package) to deliver a high-quality site for a housing association i.e. no awkward customers. Along with the good salary, you’ll be given a car allowance and you’ll go into a company-wide bonus scheme, amongst other extras. Excellent salary between £45,000 up to £49,000 plus benefits for the right person.
