Looking to take the next step in your career with a well-known PLC housebuilder?\n\nWe’re working with a respected developer who is looking to add an Assistant Site Manager to their team on a busy, fast-paced new build housing development.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work, clear progression routes, and a reputation for building high-quality homes.\n\nThe Role\nYou’ll support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Supporting site operations from groundworks through to handover\n• Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are met\n• Driving health & safety on site\n• Assisting with programme and delivery targets\n• Conducting inspections and snagging\n• Maintaining strong relationships with the wider team and customers\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n• Experience in a similar role within new build housing\n• Strong understanding of NHBC standards\n• Excellent organisational and communication skills\n• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable\n• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n• Competitive salary up to £48,000 DOE\n• Bonus and additional incentives\n• Car allowance\n• Clear progression opportunities within a leading housebuilder\n\nIf you’re an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to progress your career with a reputable builder, I’d love to hear from you.\n\nApply now or get in touch for a confidential chat
